Healthy Habits Nutrition Education Program

Let's Bring The Nutrition To Your Meal!

This program offers Nutrition Awareness Workshops designed to educate community members about the importance of nutrition and healthy eating habits. These workshops aim to empower individuals with resources, knowledge and skills needed to make informed food choices, improve their overall health, and foster a culture of wellness within the community.

Did you know that water makes up about 60% of the human body?

 Staying well hydrated is crucial for almost every bodily function. It creates an environment for vital cellular processes and helps transport nutrients and remove waste. It regulates body temperature through sweating. It aids digestion and nutrient absorption. It lubricates joints for smooth movement.
